Government of NCT (Delhi) and Reliance Power Limited have collaborated to form BSES Rajdhani power limited to provide electricity supply to 19 districts in Delhi and the surrounding regions. The areas include Vasant Kunj, Nizamuddin, Hauz Khas, Alaknanda, Saket Nehru Palace,  Janakpuri, Khanpur, Vikas Puri, Dwarka, Tagore Garden, Palam,  Sarita Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, RK Puram, Mundka, Nangloi, and Najafgarh. BSES Rajdhani has an estimated customer base of more than 1 million people.
